LEAD DESIGNER
Phil Lywood has been a key part of Cowdin Design + Build since 2016, helping shape the design vision behind many of our most successful remodeling and new construction projects.
As Lead Designer, Phil works closely with homeowners to turn ideas into thoughtful, functional, and beautifully detailed designs. His projects often include whole-home renovations, kitchens, and large additions where creative planning and architectural thinking make all the difference.
