Where does the process begin?
With a Discovery Conversation. We talk about the home, your priorities, the likely scope and what information already exists before recommending the right next step.
Do I need plans before contacting Cowdin?
No. Most clients contact us before plans exist. We determine whether the project should begin with Schematic Design or enter through a more focused Pre-Construction review. See how planning works →
How are major decisions approved?
Our Roadmap includes defined decision points for design direction, investment alignment, selections, scope and price. We pause for approval before the project advances.
When do I receive a Fixed Price?
After the important information is resolved. Fixed Price should come from a coordinated design, defined selections and real trade pricing—not from a guess made before the work is understood.
